We can customise any wall mural to suit your requirements.  We can add height or width to our standard designs, change colours or even add / remove elements to your liking.  Please contact us using the form below or call us to discuss your requirements.

How do I measure my walls?

Please add 10cm to your measurements when placing your order.  This will give you trim to allow for discrepancies in your walls.  Your mural will be supplied at the size you order within a +/- 2-5mm tollerence.

Paper Choice?

We have paper options for your wall mural.

Standard smooth paper or Premium textured paper.  Both 300gsm and fire rated.

Our mural panel drops are 50cm wide (wider drops are available on request)

Our wallpaper murals are supplied trimmed and ready to hang, no harping back to the 1950’s and having to trim off white edges like some of our competitors!  Our papers are “Paste the Wall”, please see our installation instructions for different wall surfaces.

Our wall murals are supplied with an “overlap & trim” joint to each panel drop.

If you are confident and have some experience hanging standard off the shelf wallpaper we are sure that self installation will be a doddle.  If you are less confident or experienced a decorator may be a better choice.

Installation instructions

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

All orders over £75 are frree delivery to UK mainland.  (excludes Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands)

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal payments

How long will delivery take?

Our orders usually ship within 2-5 full working days of placing your order and will be disptched on a 24 hour courier.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Our web shop is fully secured with an SSL certificate to secure your data.

What exactly happens after ordering?

We will proof your order for final approval then leave it to us to get straight onto printing your chosen wall mural.  We will be in touch if we have any questions.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Your invoice will be emailed to you as part of our order process.

Refunds and Returns?

All our wall murals are produced as one off customised products to your order specifications, so we cannot accept any returns due to miss measurements or over ordering.  Your order cannot be resold and is not covered under the distantce selling regulations.

Installation Issues

Your mural should be checked thoroughly prior to installation, and before any decorator has been booked / has arrived to install if not installing yourself.  We cannot accept liability for any installation costs from yourself or 3rd parties.  If you notice an issue prior to installation, please contact us for us to rectify straight away.

Once you or your installer has started fitting your mural we cannot accept any losses for damages or costs.

Delivery Issues

We take extra care when packing and shipping your order.  If your delivery looks damaged please note this on your delivery signature.  We cannot accept liability for damaged packages that have been signed for.  Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your product is damaged.
